What are your print sizes?
- A5 - (14.8 x 21cm / 5.8 × 8.3 inches)
- A4 - (21 x 29.7cm / 8.3 × 11.7 inches)

What paper do you print on?
Our smaller than A3 prints are printed on premium archival 230gsm matte paper, chosen for its smooth finish and beautiful colour reproduction.
Our larger than A3 prints are printed on a vinyl back material that is waterproof.
Do you offer custom sizes and colours?
Custom Sizes are available most of the time, please send a message via the contact form.
Will the colours look exactly like they do on screen?
We do our best to show colours as accurately as possible, but colours can vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings and lighting.
How do personalised prints work?
For personalised prints, enter your wording exactly as you would like it to appear when placing your order.
A digital proof will then be emailed to you for approval before printing. Please check spelling, wording and layout carefully before approving your proof.
Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
Yes, if your proof has not yet been approved, we may be able to make changes. Once your proof has been approved and the order has moved into production, changes are not be possible.
Do the prints come framed?
Prints are sold unframed unless otherwise stated. This helps keep shipping costs lower and gives you the freedom to choose a frame that fits your space.
I've placed an order, how long will it take?
All House of Zella prints are made to order. Standard prints are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.
Personalised prints may take a little longer, as a digital proof is emailed to you for approval before printing. Your personalised print will only be sent to production once your proof has been approved.
During busy periods, such as Christmas, sale events or new product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
What are your estimated delivery times?
Delivery times are estimated from dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.
UK: usually 2–5 working days after dispatch
Europe: usually 5–12 working days after dispatch
USA: usually 7–15 working days after dispatch
Rest of the world: usually 7–21 working days after dispatch
These are estimates only and may vary during busy postal periods or due to customs delays.
How do I track my order?
If tracking is included with your delivery service, your tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. Tracking emails can occasionally land in junk or spam folders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to selected countries. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location, and you’ll be able to see the exact details at checkout.
Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I cancel my order?
As our prints are made to order, cancellations are not be possible once your order has been processed.
For personalised prints, cancellations are not possible once your proof has been created.
Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to make a change.
What if my print arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if something does happen in transit. Please contact us as soon as possible with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging
We’ll review it and help resolve the issue.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each print is made to order for you, we don’t currently accept returns or exchanges. That said, if there’s any issue with your order, please get in touch - we want you to love your art!
